• Dr. Holt has held several senior academic appointments as a professor of medicine at the following universities in the US: Associate Professor of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, Professor, Southern Illinois University, Professor, University of South Carolina.
• Dr. Holt is currently a Professor of Medicine in charge of physician recruitment and curriculum guidance for the Illinois College of Physicians and Surgeons.
• He is the President of the Illinois College of Physicians and Surgeons which is a re-activated school of medicine with a charter to train physicians. This school of medicine is seeking operating capital and accreditation.
• Dr. Holt is an adjunct Professor of Bioengineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, NJIT.
• Dr. Holt has received formal training in gastroenterology, internal medicine, clinical pharmacology and nutrition
