that we offer is condition-specific and backed by

Monthly Saver
The Monthly Saver Program, developed by Natures Benefit,
Inc., was designed to give our customers a hassle
free method to continue their daily supplement month
after month. Approximately every 30 days after your
initial order, you will be sent a refill bottle without
the inconvenience of having to remember to re-order.
Consumer Notice: We will never
enroll you into this program unless you select to
join the Auto Ship Program. You will not be obligated
to stay in the program for any amount of time, and
you can cancel at anytime. Please note that if you
wish to discontinue membership, you MUST cancel prior
to the next shipment to avoid being charged. No refunds
will be granted for orders once shipped after the
initial 30 day trial. To discontinue the Auto-Ship
Program, you must make your request in writing either
by e-mail at customercare@naturesbenefit.com or via
fax at (973) 824-8822 stating that you would like
to cancel your Auto-Ship Program PRIOR to your
next order shipping.
Return Policy
We are so confident that you will be completely satisfied
with our products, that we offer a 30 day money back
guarantee! If you have purchased your product through
us and you are not completely satisfied with it, you
may return the unused portion in the original container
for a refund or exchange.
To return a product to us please call (973)
890-BEST (2378) for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Our customer service representative will make sure that you have
all the necessary information to include in the box along
with the returned product.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OR REFUND RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
Please Note The Following Important Information:
- Empty bottles will not be accepted.
- We do not refund for shipping.
- Any products returned for credit
or exchange must be returned prepaid. For your protection
we request that returns require a signature.
- Our guarantee is for 30 days from
the date you receive your product to the date postmarked
on your return.
Natures Benefit, Inc. does not guarantee results
of any products, as results vary from person to
person.
Damaged Products:
Do not destroy packing materials until shipment
is inspected or you are instructed otherwise. Call
Natures Benefit, Inc. at (973) 890-BEST (2378)
and speak to Customer Service if the product
has been damaged.
Shortages:
All shortages must be reported within 10
days of shipping. When you receive your package, check
the number of items delivered against the quantity
shown on your invoice. Please check to see if there
is a notation of a backorder. Also, empty the entire
package for any product that may be buried in the
packing material. If there is a discrepancy, please
